Hi, I’m Doug

A bit about me.

I grew up in the Los Angeles area where I was exposed to skateboarding at an early age. During this time is when I first got a taste of putting my hands on a camera. As someone who struggled with being introverted, video and photography became a tool to allow me to develop me creative voice.

I eventually moved up to the Bay Area where I attended the film program at the University of California Santa Cruz. After graduating, I worked at Apple on their Retail Development Team, assisting with the creation of marketing and promotional content related to new Apple Store openings and events.

After some time, I decided to step down from Apple with the goal of establishing my own creative agency with a few college buddies.

Today, I function as the Executive Creative Director and Co-Founder of Bokeh, a remote first creative agency that specializes in campaign development and content creation across a variety of mediums. Over the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the top companies in tech, such as Apple, Spotify, DoorDash, Coinbase, Lyft, Instacart, Google, Airbnb, VISA, Instagram, and many more. 

I currently reside in Portland OR with my wife Sara and son.
